When was the last time you saw Grandpa?

The book "When was the last time you saw Grandpa?" Deals with the transparent people who walk among us - the elderly and their caregivers.
On the eve of Seder, Yoni arrives with his brother-in-law Shmulik at his grandfather's house to pick him up for the family holiday meal.

It soon becomes apparent that the ninety-year-old grandfather is gone, and with him his Filipino nanny.

This opens up a family drama that exposes the intergenerational dynamics of the present and the past and forces family members to face questions of compassion, responsibility and guilt, while desperately trying to cling to old routines and patterns. At the same time, the caregiver's story is revealed and takes us on a journey of acquaintance with the transparent people who hold the hands of the elderly, bathe, feed and care for them at the end of their lives.

This is a story about distance and closeness, about difficult to impossible choices and about a cross-continental journey for one goal.
